EZ1 intraoral camera
eZ1 intraoral camera connected to an LCD screen mounted directly at the dental chair unit is the easiest method of examining, documenting changes and communicating with the patient. It can be used for a detailed examination of the mouth, during and after the treatment, which gives the patient a chance to monitor particular stages of the dentist’s work and the results of treatment such as removal of scale and dental deposits or application of a prosthetic device. The image stabiliser, very good optics, last generation LED lighting system and the great depth of focus all make it possible to obtain exceptionally high quality uninverted image, which – thanks to the freeze function –can be computer saved just like X-ray images.
In addition the device completes the dentist’s message with a visual input. With the images obtained from the intraoral camera it is easier for the doctor to explain the purposefulness and the course of treatment to the patient. And the patient gets the feeling of comfort because the images help understand the essence of treatment and control the procedure at each stage.
